Collect fresh feces or vomit using the cotton swab from the dog's anus or from the ground.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e2. Insert the swab into the provided assay buffer tube and agitate for efficient sample extraction.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e3. Take out the test device from the foil pouch and place it horizontally.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e4. Suck the treated sample from the buffer tube and place 3 drops into each sample hole \"S\" on the test device.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e5. Interpret the result in 5-10 minutes.
