Mechanism of Action
Assurem Nufodoxime-CV works through a dual-action mechanism:
-
Cefpodoxime Proxetil inhibits bacterial cell wall synthesis, leading to bacterial death.
-
Clavulanic Acid inactivates β-lactamase enzymes, restoring and enhancing antibiotic efficacy against resistant organisms.
This combination ensures broader coverage, reduced resistance risk, and improved clinical outcomes.
