Corise (A.H.) Ultrafix Herbal Joint & Muscle Spray Oil for Dogs | 100ml
For external application only — do not give by mouth. Use on cats only if your veterinarian specifically approves it. Cats lack the liver enzymes that break down many essential oil and plant-oil compounds, and because they groom constantly they swallow whatever is applied to the coat, so topical oil preparations that are perfectly safe on a dog can cause poisoning in a cat. Signs of essential oil toxicity include drooling, wobbliness, tremors, vomiting, difficulty breathing, and lethargy, and they need emergency veterinary care. On any pet, apply a small test patch first and wait a day before wider use. Keep away from the eyes, ears, nose, and mouth, and do not apply to open wounds, raw or broken skin, or freshly clipped skin. Prevent licking until the oil has absorbed, using a recovery collar if needed. Wash your hands after use. This is a topical comfort measure, not a diagnosis or a cure. Sudden lameness, a limb the pet will not bear weight on, a painful swelling, or stiffness that is getting worse needs a veterinary examination — arthritis, cruciate injury, and disc disease all need proper treatment, and rubbing oil on them delays it. Consult your veterinarian before use in pregnant or lactating animals, in puppies, and alongside any prescribed pain medication. Keep out of reach of children. Store capped, in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Corise (A.H.) Ultrafix Herbal Joint & Muscle Spray Oil for Dogs | 100ml
Ultrafix is a herbal topical spray oil for dogs, blended with plant oils and enriched with Curcuma longa (turmeric extract), used as a massage application over stiff joints and sore muscles. Topical oils earn their place in an older dog's routine through the massage as much as the ingredients: warming and working the tissue around a stiff hip increases local blood flow, loosens the guarding that builds up around a sore joint, and gives you a few minutes each day to notice changes in how your dog moves. Turmeric is valued in the Ayurvedic tradition for its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, and the spray format puts it exactly where you want it without the mess of decanting oil. Supplied in a 100ml spray bottle.
