For cleaning the outer ear canal only — external veterinary use. Do not use if the eardrum may be perforated, or if your pet has had ear surgery: flushing fluid into a ruptured eardrum can cause deafness and balance problems. If you have not had the ears examined, or if there is head tilt, loss of balance, circling, or sudden deafness, see a veterinarian before putting anything into the ear. Do not let the nozzle touch the ear canal, and never push cotton buds down into the canal — they pack debris deeper and can damage the eardrum. Stop and seek veterinary advice if the ear is painful to touch, hot, badly swollen, bleeding, discharging pus, or if your pet cries out. This is a cleanser, not a treatment: it will not cure an ear infection and it will not kill ear mites. Dark, crumbly, coffee-ground debris usually means mites, and both mites and infections need medication prescribed after a veterinarian examines the ear. Avoid contact with the eyes. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Oriheal Vetoto Enro Ear Cleanser Drops for Dogs & Cats | 15ml

Vetoto Enro is a gentle ear cleansing solution for dogs and cats, used to lift wax, dirt, and debris out of the outer ear canal as part of routine ear care. Ears are one of the easiest things to neglect and one of the most expensive to fix: a warm, humid canal that is never cleaned is exactly where yeast and bacteria settle in, which is why floppy-eared breeds, dogs that swim, and pets with allergies end up back at the vet again and again. Regular cleaning keeps the canal clear and lets you catch a problem early, while it is still a smell rather than a painful infection. It is also the right first step before prescribed ear medication, since drops applied over a canal full of wax never reach the skin. Supplied in a 15ml dropper bottle.

Key Benefits

  • Lifts and loosens excess wax, dirt, and debris from the outer ear canal
  • Helps keep the canal clean and less hospitable to bacteria and yeast
  • Helps reduce ear odour caused by wax and debris buildup
  • Useful for cleaning the ear before prescribed ear drops are applied
  • Gentle enough for regular use in both dogs and cats
  • Handy 15ml dropper bottle for accurate application

Recommended For

  • Routine weekly or fortnightly ear hygiene
  • Floppy-eared and hairy-eared breeds with poorly ventilated canals
  • Dogs that swim or are bathed often
  • Pets with allergies who are prone to recurring ear trouble
  • Cleaning the ear before applying veterinary-prescribed ear medication

Signs Your Pet's Ears Need Veterinary Attention

  • Head shaking, scratching, or rubbing the ear along furniture
  • Redness, swelling, or heat in the ear flap or canal
  • Discharge, or a strong yeasty or foul smell
  • Dark, crumbly, coffee-ground debris, which often indicates ear mites
  • Pain when the ear is touched, or crying out
  • Head tilt, circling, loss of balance, or apparent deafness — see a veterinarian urgently

Directions for Use

  • Hold the ear flap up to straighten and open the canal
  • Instil the solution into the canal without letting the nozzle touch the ear
  • Massage the base of the ear for 20 to 30 seconds — you should hear a squelching sound as the wax loosens
  • Let your pet shake its head, which brings the loosened debris up
  • Wipe the visible part of the ear with cotton wool or gauze, never a cotton bud pushed into the canal
  • Repeat on the other ear, using as often as your veterinarian advises
  • If drops have been prescribed, clean first, then apply the medication

Pack Size

  • 15ml dropper bottle
