Chevik spray conditioner as well as shampoo from Savavet is an antibacterial, antiseptic, antifungal, and non-irritant solution containing Chlorhexidine Gluconate 4% w/v in a Tris-EDTA shampoo or spray base. This medicated Spray has residual activity up to 10 days. Both shampoo and spray are non-irritating to ulcerated or abraded skin, hence application is easy or pain-free.

Indication / Uses:

Chlorhexidine is suitable for superficial bacterial & fungal infections, hotspots (acute moist dermatitis), and pododermatitis( inflammation/dermatitis of paw).

It is also active against skin pathogens including Malassezia pachydermatis or yeast infections, Staphylococcus pseudintermedius or pyoderma and Dermatophytes.

Triz-EDTA has antimicrobial and antibiotic-potentiating activity – it potentiates chlorhexidine, antibiotics and disrupts the bacterial cell wall by chelating metal ions.
Directions for Use:
- Spray can be applied directly on the affected areas.
- Shampoo can be used on the whole body including affected area.
- Spray is more suitable for daily use and shampoo for weekly use.
- Can be used together also.
