Hester Hestacef CV Cefpodoxime + Clavulanate Potassium Veterinary Antibiotic Tablet for Dogs & Cats (162.5mg & 325mg | Pack of 10)

Hester Hestacef CV is a broad-spectrum veterinary antibiotic tablet combining Cefpodoxime Proxetil (third-generation cephalosporin) with Clavulanate Potassium (beta-lactamase inhibitor). This dual-action formulation targets both Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria, including beta-lactamase-producing strains resistant to standard cephalosporins, providing enhanced antibacterial efficacy for dogs and cats.

Composition (per tablet)

  • Hestacef CV 162.5mg: Cefpodoxime Proxetil equivalent to Cefpodoxime 125mg + Clavulanate Potassium equivalent to Clavulanic Acid 37.5mg
  • Hestacef CV 325mg: Cefpodoxime Proxetil equivalent to Cefpodoxime 250mg + Clavulanate Potassium equivalent to Clavulanic Acid 75mg
  • Note: verify exact composition from product label
